DEAF TALENT I am an award-wining Deaf filmmaker living in Manhattan, NY producing THE SHATTERED MIND , which is inspired by a true event. I love making stuff up and turning them into reality. I consider myself to be an imaginative storyteller. You see, the film I want you to support is part true, part fiction. When I was a little girl, I suffered from a concussion and as result of it, I became deaf. So, I thought, why not take some of that experience and mix it up and turn it into a movie. After all, that's what makes a great screenwriter, right? Anyway, now that my creative team and I have brought my creative passion, THE SHATTERED MIND to life, we are pleased to announce that we have completed all production on July 20. Unfortunately, we are unable to move forward with postproduction because we've exhausted all funding ($18,500) we have raised through private donors and Gofundme. We need your help to raise at least $14,500 more by August 24th so we can complete THE SHAT
